Zen Meditation In-Person

Come join Clear Stream Sangha every Wednesday in the small meeting room as we gather together in community for the joy and necessity of practice.

Zen Meditation (Zazen) is silent meditation.

 Please join us!

 The format is as follows:

2:00-2:30: Silent meditation and walking meditation.

2:30-3:00: A brief Dharma talk followed by a guided loving-kindness meditation and gratitude practice.

3:00: Social time - where we gather somewhere for tea and conversation.

Feel free to come for all or even part of the time as you are able.

Even though Zen has its roots in Buddhism, here in America, Zen is really an interfaith practice. All are welcome.

EvAnn Seido Hawley is a Zen Dharma Holder in the lineage of the White Plum Asanga under the auspices of the Red Rose Sangha of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has been a student of Roshi Ed Sangetsu Sullivan since 2007. She is the founder of Clear Stream Sangha.
