Your Posture is the Issue In-Person

Text neck? Cell phone slouch? Sloppy stance? Bad posture creates pain and changes how your body functions. At this workshop, Dr. Jon Milliron from Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy will teach us  how poor habits impact your body and how to effectively treat and prevent the pain associated with them.

At this workshop, you will learn:

  • Why good posture matters. It's the foundation your whole body works from!
  • How poor posture impacts the body.
  • The main causes of poor posture.
  • Where it hurts and why you shouldn't ignore the pain.
  • How to be successfully treated for poor posture issues.

Dr. Jon MillironPresented by Dr. Jon Milliron from Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy.Dr. Milliron is originally from Altoona, PA. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Saint Francis University. He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions. He has received specialized training in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine dysfunction, along with sports-related injuries. Areas of expertise include classification-based spine treatment, sports rehabilitation, manipulative therapy, and outcomes-based treatment.
