Singing Bowls and Soothing Sunset Sounds In-Person
As the sun sets over the library grounds, join local certified sound therapist and meditation teacher James Lamar for an immersive sound bath featuring quartz crystal singing bowls. Together, we’ll pause to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us through the healing power of sound and mindful presence. Chairs, mats and blankets are encouraged. In the event of rain/inclement weather, we will reschedule.
