Chair Yoga In-Person

We are excited to offer a weekly Chair Yoga class for adults and teens of all experience levels! This class is led by Cindy Pimental. Each session is 45 minutes long. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary to join the class. Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
