Vegan and Plant Based Living In-Person
Curious about plant-based eating but not sure where to start? Join longtime vegan and former Vegan Journal Senior Editor Rissa Miller for a gentle, welcoming introduction to fresh, seasonal plant-based meals. With a focus on simple summer recipes, you’ll discover how easy and delicious it can be to eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole foods. Whether you’re vegetarian, veg-curious, or just looking to add more fresh foods to your plate, you’ll leave with simple ideas, approachable recipes, and a new appreciation for how satisfying plant-based eating can be. All the big questions will be addressed, including how to stay within a budget and where vegans get their protein.
