Paint Your Books with Owlfeathers Watercolor In-Person

$20 materials fee. For ages 14+. This beginner-friendly watercolor workshop will give you the opportunity create a painting of a custom stack of your favorite books! The class will begin with a lesson on the basics of watercolor, followed by instruction on techniques needed to paint your book stack. Unlike most painting workshops, Owlfeathers Watercolor does not rely on copy-after-me style instruction. Rather, we believe everyone is capable of creating unique artwork when taught the foundational techniques and skills in small group lessons, and then encouraged and supported by one-on-one individualized instruction. The cost for this class is subsidized by the Amelia Givin Library. A materials fee of $20 is due at the time of registration and is not refundable.  Stop by or call the front desk at (717) 486-3688 to register, then take a photo of your book stack and send it to be traced and ready for you at the event.
