Stained Glass Wind Chime Class In-Person
$20 materials fee. For ages 14+. Create your own custom stained glass wind chime! During the class, you will get to pick from multiple colors of drilled stained glass pieces that have been tumbled in a rock tumbler long enough to make them smooth like sea glass. You will learn how to string the glass pieces along with small and decorative beads to create your one-of-a-kind wind chime. If you have any of your own unique beads you would like to include, please bring them along and you can try to add them! You will make 2 strands that will then be attached to a top piece of your choice. You will be able to take your wind chime home with you and enjoy the subtle, calming, and soothing sound it makes as the wind hits it.
A materials fee of $20 is due at the time of registration. The balance of the cost for this program is subsidized by the Amelia Givin Library. To register, please stop by the library front desk or call (717) 486-3688.
