Cultural Series: How War Reverberates Across Generations In-Person
Join us for a book reading and review of Unexploded Ordnance by Catharina Coenen.
Wartime bombings disproportionately affect civilians, especially women and children. Catharina Coenen, winner of the Kellman Prize for Immigrant Literature and author of Unexploded Ordnance: What she felt. What they feared. How they survived. What they saw. will speak about the experiences of women and girls in Germany during the allied bombings of World War II and their effects across generations.
